Ordering and Shipping
Best Buy Candy wants you to be comfortable ordering your favorite candies whether you order by mail, phone, or online. Below you will find information about ways to order and our policies regarding ordering and shipping. Please keep in mind that we do require a fifteen ($15) dollar minimum when ordering.

If you prefer to speak to one of our candy specialists in person over the phone, you can contact us at (866) 476-4461 and a sales associate will be happy to guide you through the ordering process. We especially encourage you to call us if you need a large quantity of candy or have specific or time-sensitive shipping needs.
Our expert candy specialists are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time. Messages left after normal business hours will be returned the following business day. To help expedite the ordering process, we ask that you provide the item number that corresponds to the desired candy product. Please be aware that we may not be able to calculate the cost of shipping at the time you place your phone order and we will gladly contact you with a shipping quote as soon as possible
For standard ground delivery orders, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and packing. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. For expedited orders, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packing. Should the order take longer to process due to merchandise availability or warm weather concerns, you will be notified promptly.
Order cancellations must be made within 12 hours from the time the order is placed. You may call us at (866) 476-4461 to cancel the order, but we suggest sending an e-mail to email@example.com for proof of cancellation. Orders cancelled after 12 hours will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All special order items will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
If one of your items is not in stock we will contact you by phone or send you an e-mail and we will ship the order without the out of stock item and refund you the cost of the item. We will not automatically send any backordered item unless previously arranged. You may check back and reorder the item at a later date as well. If you are in need of candy within a specific time frame or if you should have general questions concerning current inventory levels, you are encouraged to call us at (866) 476-4461 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event of a return that is our fault we do not charge a restocking fee. In all other cases a restocking fee of 15% will be charged and additionally, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. No returns are accepted without approval. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all refunds. Refunds will not be made for merchandise arriving without a valid RMA number. All return claims must be reported within one (1) business day of your order receipt as determined by the delivery agent (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.) in order to obtain an RMA number. RMA numbers are only valid for ten (10) days from the date of issue and we must receive the product back within those ten (10) days. Special orders cannot be returned. Best Buy Candy will refund the cost of your candy less shipping charges when it is received in an unopened, and in new condition.
Best Buy Candy is not responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse unless the product was defective or was not what the customer ordered. In the event that an item is not what you ordered, Best Buy Candy asks that you check the packing slip enclosed with your candy and the e-mail confirmation you received when you placed your order to make sure that you didn’t receive what you order. Best Buy Candy will not be held responsible for heat damage when you choose the standard ground shipping method.
We recommend shipping any candy that has the potential to melt using the overnight or the 2-3 day express method during warmer months. Please see our Warm Weather Shipping Policy below. Best Buy Candy strives to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information available regarding our products, descriptions, photographs, and product weights available, but this site may include inaccuracies, typographical errors, or outdated information. Please note, Best Buy Candy may make modifications or changes to the information, prices, products, and pictures described in this site at any time, for any reason without notification. The color of the candy and/or wrapper may differ due to monitor settings and manufacturer production.
Best Buy Candy is not liable for any color mismatches or change of packaging. Size of bulk product may differ slightly in batch: some may be larger, smaller, miss-shapen, etc. Best Buy Candy cannot be held accountable for manufacturer production. All sales on holiday items are final and no refunds will be issued!
Best Buy Candy accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. We also accept checks, money orders, and Paypal.
You may choose to have your order shipped by either FedEx or UPS. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground that can take up to 4-5 business days for delivery. With candies that have the potential to melt we encourage you to choose an expedited shipping option. Best Buy Candy includes free ice packs and thermal wrapping to help protect meltable candies, but we cannot guarantee the condition of the candy when you receive it.
We offer expedited shipping through FedEx and UPS. You have the option of either overnight or 2-3 express shipping instead of our standard shipping. Please understand that you will need to allow 1-2 days for processing and packing before your order is shipped. Orders that are shipped out and subsequently unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer and returned to Best Buy Candy will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer will be responsible either for the cost of re-shipping the order to the correct address or will incur a restocking fee if the order is canceled.
Please be aware that FedEx Ground and UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. With our automated shipping system, we might not catch that you have filled out the "ship to” address to a P.O. Box, please provide a physical shipping address.
Unfortunately at this time, Best Buy Candy does not ship to APO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
At this time, Best Buy Candy does not ship internationally.
During hot weather months, we highly recommend that you use an expedited shipping method to ensure that your candy arrives in the great condition you expect and need. We do include ice packs and insulating packing material in expedited orders. We NO longer include ice packs for Ground shipments as the ice packs melt long before your package arrives and do not last more than 2-3 days when it’s hot. We will include ice packs for the following shipment methods only: Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Ground shipments to areas within Southern California.
We will not be held responsible for any item that arrives melted. Please ensure that your product arrives in good condition by choosing an expedited shipping method. We also do not recommend that you put these candies in the refrigerator after you receive them as this may change the color of the candy; try to keep the candy at a cool room temperature.
We also reserve the right to hold your package if ordered on a Thursday or Friday and ship it out on the following Monday. We do not want your package to sit in a carriers truck/warehouse over a hot weekend and possibly melt!
